OUR CREATIVE PROCESS
Our creative process is unique to each client, one size does not fit all. Our team of designers are passionate about creating the best space for you that offers a superior level of style and function. Creating your space with the Alan Johnstone Studios team is an enjoyable experience and we shall carefully guide you through the journey.
CONSULTATION & PRE-DESIGN BRIEF
The first stage of your design journey to to meet with our expert designers in the studio to chat about your needs and wants, it’s helpful to know your budget and when you would like your project to take place.
SITE SURVEY VISIT
Our designers shall visit your home and survey the rooms involved, take sizes and generally get a feel for the space.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
Our designers then create a selection of initial design ideas. They will presented to you in our studio, using the very latest computer technology. When you are completely happy with your kitchen design, we move to the next stage of finalising all colours and finishes, and selecting appliances.
FITTER VISIT
Once your design is finalised the appointed fitting team shall visit your home and do final checks and discuss any other aspects of work you may wish to be carried out.
INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY
Your room will begin to be prepped for the installation. Stripping out and make good, coordinating all the trades. Our delivery team will then carefully deliver your new fully protected kitchen to your home. Worktop template is then carried out once the furniture is installed and then installed once fabricated.
FINAL VISIT
Your designer will visit you in your home when you project is completed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new kitchen. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business, and we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service.
